Steve
Steve has a passion for baseball and a passion
for jewelry.
He has a vast collection of baseball neckties and
memorabilia. He has also been in the jewelry business for more than
35 years. His father was the long-time owner of Davidís
Jewelers in Pikesville. Steve began working for his dad when he was
a kid. He then started working full time when he turned 21 and was
out of school. One could say that he worked his way up from the
bottom-from the back of the store to the front.
Steve joined The Bermanís Family two years ago and
needless to say, he knows what itís like to work for a family
business. More importantly, he knows how to treat customers like
they are one of the family. |

Gary
Gary has been a part of The Bermanís Family for almost 10 years. However, he has been doing work for Sam for more
than 20
years. That was at a time before Bermanís Jewelers had a full-time
repair shop on premises-like they do now.
Gary began his career in jewelry repair while he was
still in school and working for his uncle and then his father. They
owned a ìtrade shopî and their focus was to provide repair service
for local jewelers. Bermanís Jewelers was one of those jewelers.
Now Gary works directly for Sam-in fact right along
side of him-and is one of the family. |

Jean
Jean has been with Bermanís Jewelers since they moved
to Ellicott City from downtown Baltimore.
Bermanís actually moved into the same space that was occupied by
Seasonal Impressions Dress Shop. That was the dress shop where Jean
had worked before joining The Bermanís Family.
Needless to say, Jean has an eye for fashion. Her
grandchildren even call her ìthe fashionable mom-momî because she
knows how to match accessories to make the outfit. She also knows
the neighborhood, as she has lived in Ellicott City for 15 years and
in Catonsville for 23 years before that. |

Whitney
Whitney joined the Berman's Family in August and really enjoys "making people happy." According to her, "when people leave here, she wants them to be happy...that's The Berman's way of doing business."
Prior to coming to Berman's, Whitney has been a real estate agent, where she helped people make major decisions like buying a home. She also knows about service, having owned a staffing business in the health care industry. |
